Delicatessen With Love

Who ever thought my latest obsession in the food world would actually be an art project? Delicatessen With Love, a project be photographer Gabriele Galimberti documents recipes lovingly prepared by grandmothers all over the world from Alaska to Zimbabwe to Mexico to Turkey to China. I am amazed at how different each kitchen set up is from one another. The food varies as well with each dish prepared lovingly with ingredients native to the country. It’s obvious that no matter where you find yourself in the world, there is nothing like a grandmothers cooking. Visiting the artists site will not only tell you the name of each of the grandmothers, it will also give you a recipe for each of the featured dishes. How does your granny measure up to these?
