Peanutbutter Strawberry Banana Smoothie

This protein-rich smoothie is about to become your new breakfast staple. It’s thick like a milkshake and tastes like a dream. If you’ve never added peanut butter to a smoothie, you’re in for a sweet surprise. You’ll never want a nut-free smoothie again! This also makes for a great snack or indulgent dessert.

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 3-5 ripe strawberries, sliced
  • 1 TBL raw peanutbutter
  • 1  cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 2 tsp agave or honey

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth. Check for sweetness and add more agave or honey as needed. Serve in a 16 oz glass.
